Our flights are booked
Everything is booked. Things are moving very fast.
We leave Moncton on December 5 @ 5:55 and get into Beijing on Dec 6 @ 13:05.
We leave Beijing on December 20 @ 15:00 and get into Moncton @ 20:45. So thats early enough that we hope to see ALL of you at the airport.
It looks like we'll be on Air Canada's 777 between Beijing and Toronto. It appears to be huge and quite nice from what I understand.

Excellent! That first day is a long day - but we had a 7 hour layover in TO since the flight didn't leave until 2:30 p.m. so maybe your day will be better. The Chinese restaurant (as opposed to the Western Style one) on the main floor has great food to dig into when you arrive. I recommend the dumplings and sweet and sour pork!

Penny, is that Chinese Restaurant in China or Toronto? We have a 3 hour wait in Toronto on the way over and back.
In Beijing. Tang Palace I think is the name of it. When in TO, go directly to international. It is less busy, and if you want Tim's the line up is shorter. There are restaurants and fast food places there that are not as busy. It will likely take you about 20 - 30 minutes to get through everything to get to your gate. It seemed like we went on forever. Where we had 7 hours we stayed and had lunch in the regular part of the airport not knowing what was through international security. We kind of kicked ourselves when we found Tim's, Starbucks, a full service restaurant and a couple of fast food joints. We'll know for next time. :)

Can't wait to see you at the airport! Wow the 7 weeks will fly by and before you know it Kate will be in your arms!!
