Hooray for Kate

It's almost 4AM here and Kate is still sleeping. We started to try to get her to fall aslepp around 7:30PM and she fell asleep enought for us to put her in the crib around 8PM. She's slept thru until now without even a stir. She's tossed and turned in the last hour and has done a 180 degree turn and is now at the other end of the crib. Some baby goos and gaahs from her too.

Feeding has gone well but the bottle has given us a bit of grief. She's munched down a package of Baby Mum-Mum's (a rice cracker thing) and a bunch of pear mush and some congee (like a rice porridge) but she hast really take to the bottle. We'll try again when she wakes up as she should be hungry enough for it then.

I havent heard any of the other babies tonight so we may have all gotten a good nights sleep.

The last 2 families are getting their babies this afternoon around 2 and the rest of us are heading to a large department store for supplies today. Some people were there yesterday and said that it was busier than Walmart at Christmas.
